In the heart of Sarajevo’s Baščaršija, Aščinica ASDž has been preparing homemade dishes based on traditional recipes since 1994. What began as a small aščinica offering around ten dishes has grown into a menu featuring more than 60 Bosnian specialties, all made from fresh, carefully selected ingredients.

Every dish that leaves our kitchen carries the aroma of home, tradition, and the Sarajevo we remember.
